Exploring Collaboration Models at Globaldev
Over our thirteen years in the industry, we’ve assisted clients in transforming their Proof of Concept (PoC) into a structured development process. This involved leveraging various collaboration models tailored to the unique needs of each project. The choice of collaboration model often hinges on the level of detail provided in the project requirements, ranging from conceptual ideas to detailed specifications.
Globaldev Engagement Models
At Globaldev, we offer flexible engagement models to suit diverse project requirements. Clients can choose to extend their in-house development team or establish a dedicated team from scratch, depending on their preferences and objectives.
Outsourcing
With outsourcing, clients delegate all software development responsibilities to Globaldev. This model is ideal for projects where the entire scope of work can be managed externally, allowing clients to focus on core business activities.
Outstaffing
Outstaffing involves adding individual Globaldev specialists to the client’s in-house team to fulfill specific tasks or projects. While Globaldev handles administrative tasks such as office management and equipment provision, clients retain control over project direction and management.
Choosing the Right Engagement Model
Uncertain about which engagement model suits your needs? Let Globaldev assess your business objectives, strategies, and capabilities to recommend the most suitable solution tailored to your requirements.
Exploring Pricing Models
We understand that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to pricing models. At Globaldev, we offer flexibility to accommodate diverse project contexts. Here are the pricing models we offer:
Time and Materials
Under this model, clients are charged based on the time spent on the project at regular intervals (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). It is best suited for medium to large projects with dynamic requirements and variable workloads.
Monthly Fixed Cost
Globaldev charges clients a fixed amount every month, ensuring 100% predictability in the monthly or yearly budget. This model works well for large projects with an outstaffing engagement, where requirement and project management are handled on the client’s side.
